Mark E. Bianchi, Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Mark Bianchi is responsible for Archion's vision, growth and strategic business alliances. Mark is known by many as a visionary in post-production, spared no time since joining Archion in fourth quarter of 2004. He has magnified the vision for Archion and has created services to insure Archion's clients maximize the return on their investment. "Tech Refresh is an unparalleled upgrade program that guarantees our clients a trade in value for their Archion storage. I understand how the cost of obsolescence impacts a business, we have all been there".

Formerly Mark was the founder and CEO of LA Digital Post, one of the largest non-linear equipment rental companies in the world. During his tenure at LA Digital Post, Mark introduced Transoft Technology into the Avid non-linear market to offer his clients a cost effective option. Transoft quickly became the de facto standard for alternative storage solution for Avids. In addition he served as Vice President of Operations at Varitel Video and as Director of Operations for Modern Video Film. These positions, provided him the opportunity to work closely with editorial talent and become fluent with their needs and process. As the Vice President and General Manager at Steadi Systems in 1991, he was the catalyst for developing a Digital Technology department and guided the company's efforts to enter the non-linear editorial arena.

Mark is a supporting member of American Cinema Editors Society (ACE) and Motion Picture Editors Guild (MPEG).


Reuben Lima, Chief Operating Officer

Reuben Lima is one of Archion's original founders and serves as Chief Operating Officer. In that position, he is responsible for operations, product development and customer support. Mr. Lima has over 20 years experience in Post Production. His tenure in the industry has awarded him the opportunity to develop a product advisory panel that includes broadcasters, editors, directors and producers.

Prior to his position with Archion, Mr. Lima served as CEO for Eagle Eye Film Company a post-production equipment and services company in North Hollywood, California. In addition, he has provided consulting services for businesses requiring assistance ranging from start up's, business development to debt restructuring. Mr. Lima holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management and studied film production at UCLA.


James A. Tucci, Chief Technology Officer

James Tucci is one of Archion's original founders. As the Archion's Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for product development and oversees the research a development of all product lines and software. James developed the first product lines, the scsi to fibre based Raidbay and Arraybay. The product was initially used on The Thin Red Line and quickly gained acceptance in post production for its superior quality, protection, security, and seamless interface. Having combined his background in optical engineering with motion picture production and an understanding of a filmmaker's needs, Jim designs storage solutions that are seamless to the creative artists the products serve. "Although the prominent nonlinear manufactures refuse to acknowledge Archion's ability to interface with their technology, they certainly can not dispute our success on over 60 Feature Films".

Previously James worked as an Engineer with the Perkin-Elmer Corporation in that company's Applied Optics division. There he managed a six-person production and engineering department. James also worked for NASA on the Project Galileo where he personally built the Star tracker on the probe.

James holds an undergraduate Degree in Physics. He also studied motion picture production at UCLA. James has been an member of Mensa International over 20 years.


Daniel Stern, Executive Vice President of Sales

As Executive Vice President of Sales, Daniel Stern is responsible for building the partner programs globally and ensuring that the leading Entertainment and Media companies are aware of the Archion award winning products. He joined Archion in May of 2007 with over 18 years experience in technology and media sales.

Prior to Archion, Daniel was the Regional Vice President of Sales for Technicolor Networks Services where he was responsible for Sales and Business Development of out-of-home digital media services in the Western region. Prior to Technicolor, Daniel served as Vice President of Sales for GBH Communications, one of the largest videoconferencing value-added resellers in the United States. He has also held senior level sales and management positions at InternetConnect and Zebra Technologies. Daniel holds a B.S. in Finance from University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA.
