Reuben Lima is one of Archion's original founders and serves as Chief Executive Officer. Two Decades ago Mr. Lima had a vision of establishing a digital storage company for media and entertainment. Mr. Lima’s vision materialized in 1998 when Archion was successfully credited for networking eight media composers with over one terabyte of storage on “The Thin Red Line”. Mr. Lima continued to build on this achievement earning film credits in countless feature films like, “Legally Blond” and academy award best picture “Crash” to name a few. Mr. Lima provides Archion’s vision that continues to develop cutting edge IP, expansion of their patent portfolio, and his passion for customer service has built one of the best customer centric support services in the industry. Mr. Lima has over 25 years experience in Post Production. His tenure in the industry has awarded him the opportunity to develop a product advisory panel that includes broadcasters, editors, directors, and producers.
Prior to his position with Archion, Mr. Lima served as CEO for Eagle Eye Film Company, a post-production equipment and services company in North Hollywood, California. In addition, he has provided consulting services for businesses requiring assistance ranging from start up companies, business development to debt restructuring. Mr. Lima holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management and studied film production at UCLA.
James A. Tucci
James Tucci is one of Archion's original founders. As the Archion's Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for product development and oversees the research and development of all product lines and software. Mr. Tucci developed the first product lines, the scsi to fibre based Raidbay and Arraybay. The product was initially used on “The Thin Red Line” and quickly gained acceptance in post production for its superior quality, protection, security, and seamless interface. Having combined his background in optical engineering with motion picture production and an understanding of a filmmaker's needs, Mr. Tucci designs storage solutions that are seamless to the creative artists the products serve.
Previously Mr. Tucci worked as an Engineer with the Perkin-Elmer Corporation in that company's Applied Optics division. There he managed a six-person production and engineering department. Mr. Tucci also worked for NASA on the Project Galileo where he personally built the Star tracker on the probe.
Mr. Tucci holds an undergraduate Degree in Physics. He also studied motion picture production at UCLA. James has been a member of Mensa International over 20 years.
As Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Daniel Stern is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding Archion's multi tiered partner distribution program globally. He is also responsible for spearheading marketing strategies designed to increase awareness of the Archion award winning storage solutions. Mr. Stern joined Archion in May of 2007 with over 18 years experience in technology and media related industries.
Prior to Archion, Mr. Stern was the Regional Vice President of Sales for Technicolor Networks Services where he was responsible for Sales and Business Development of out-of-home digital media services in the Western region. Prior to Technicolor, Mr. Stern served as Vice President of Sales for GBH Communications, one of the largest videoconferencing value-added resellers in the United States. He has also held senior level sales and management positions at InternetConnect and Zebra Technologies. Daniel holds a B.S. in Finance from University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA.
