Archion manufactures and sells highly reliable, high-capacity video storage systems. We know that no matter how reliable the design, electronic equipment sometimes fails. We firmly stand behind our products and services, are strongly committed to providing our customers with the exact equipment they need, and with keeping their equipment running properly.

Our dealers and sales representatives have demonstrated the same dedication to service and customer satisfaction. Archion’s commitment to our customers includes:

  • 24 hour technical support, 365 days a year. Our service technicians take pride in our 60 minute or less turnaround target, with an average response time typically much better than this target.
  • In-depth knowledge of storage and the video environment. All Archion service technicians have many years of experience in video editing, within the professional video environment.
  • One year parts warranty. This is provided by Archion’s network of highly trained and experienced video dealers, with close backup support from Archion’s service department.
  • Spare parts availability. Replaceable modules are stocked at Archion dealers with backup module inventory available for delivery anywhere in the U.S. Archion’s module exchange program gets any problematic unit back in service within the shortest possible time.
  • A “can-do” attitude. Archion’s service personnel understand the critical nature of working in today’s complex, pressure-filled video environment. Their singular goal is to get the customer’s system up and running as quickly as possible, and to maintain that system. No matter what, when, or where!
